SECTION 1: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
1.1Presentation of WACRIPA:

1.2Description of tasks:
The purpose of this process is for WACRIPA to establishment a list of preferred suppliers for the supply of non-food items. WACRIPA will send a price request directly to these suppliers to select the most competitive offer whenever there is a need.
1.2.1Supply of Non-Food Items
Supply of Non-Food Items to WACRIPA with specific products/service that includes the following:
- Tricycles
- Crutches
- Wheel chairs
- Walking stick
- Branding of assistive devices, etc.

1.3Place of service
All the products/products/services concerned by this tender will be carried out in Borno State of Nigeria.
1.4Compliance with WACRIPA Policies
The product/service provider must undertake to respect, among other things, WACRIPA’s code of conduct (SEA), protection of persons/children, as well as clauses against corruption.
1.5Eligibility criteria
In order to be eligible for this call for tender, the tenderer must be a Nigerian with a minimum experience of 1 year with proven capacity to deliver.

WACRIPA reserves the right to downgrade companies whose performance in previous contracts has not been satisfactory;
SECTION 2: CONDITIONS FOR BIDDING
2.1Documents to file

The submission form must be submitted using the standard form attached. Bidders must comply with the form and the instructions presented in the form. It is important to complete the form as clearly as possible, so that the file can be properly assessed. The information must therefore be precise and sufficiently detailed.
2.1.2Additional documents
- Company profile, TIN and CAC registration
- Tax certificate up to date on the day of submitting tender.
- Stamped & signed supplier registration form (Annex A).
2.1.3General
- All documents submitted must be in English.
- Please submit a complete application form.
- Please do not submit in duplicate for any application.

2.3Where to send
Hand delivered or via courier service in a sealed envelope placed into the Tender Box and tender record of submission in tender log-book by bidder’s Representative delivering the offer. Submission of offers should be done at the following address:
House No. F17, Tujjani Miana Street, New GRA, Off NUJ, Lagos Street, Bama Road Maiduguri, Borno State.
- Deadline for receipt
Tender must be provided no later than 16:00hours on Monday 7th November, 2022. Quotes received after the stated deadline are considered invalid and will not be evaluated.
2.5Questions / Clarification requests
Suppliers can send their questions, on or before the 4th/11/2022 by e-mail to the following address, clearly indicating the reference of the call for tender in the subject of the mail to: wacripa15@gmail.com Please avoid phone calls or personal visits. Questions by phone call or in person are not allowed. Suppliers will be disqualified for failing to abide by this rule.
As regards the result of the call for tender, no further information will be given to applicants before the selection committee has made its final decision.
